I was skeptical and tried it myself.
Sure, I can wind it up.
Maximize airflow and warm air, hold for a few seconds, then fix with a cool shot and finish.
The curls come out more than expected.
It produces fluffier curls than an iron.
Also, since the metal does not directly touch the hair, damage to the hair seems less severe.
