Highplex 3rd Bond Care, which repairs and protects hair internally and externally, and protects against UV rays, blocks and repairs oxidative damage (formation of cysteic acid) caused by residues in hair from coloring and perms, UV rays, and metal ions in tap water, leading to strong, beautiful hair with excellent texture.
