Hybrid formulation that can be used on both skin and hair. The two patented manufacturing method, three-layer emulsification, three-layer emulsification aerosol, allows emulsification without the use of surfactants, which reduces irritation, does not cause re-emulsification even when wet and allows the spray to remain effective for a long time increasing the adhesion rate. It can be easily removed with soap and water.
