美容師さんの手荒れ問題・・・
様々な薬剤を使い、度重なるシャンプーを行い、手から潤いはどんどん奪われていきます。空気が乾燥する冬は特に手荒れがひどくなる方も多いようです。その対策法は大きく2つに分かれています。
① セルフでのスキンケア⇒ハンドクリームやオイルをこまめに使用してケアをする。
② 皮膚科による治療⇒セルフで何を使用しても効果が出ないため皮膚科で治療し薬を処方してもらう
そして①②の両方の対策をしても手荒れが改善しないため、美容師の道をあきらめる方がいるという悲しい現実もお聞きしたことがあります。
我々はできるだけ多くの美容師の方に効果を実感していただけるような設計にしようと考え、開発段階のモニター対象を美容師さんに限定して実施しました。
クリームの伸びや使用感はどうか？ 手荒れ、炎症、かゆみに対する体感がどうか？ 就寝前に使用に対する翌朝の手の状態がどうか？ 等々・・・
モニターの声をできるだけ反映させながら最終的に美容師さんに満足度の高い商品が誕生しました。
この商品、業務用設計で２００ｇの大容量となっておりますが、ご来店のお客様への販売も想定して定価も設定しました。
結果として、サロンに来店されるお客様で手荒れに悩む方や水仕事に従事される方、看護師の方等々、色々な方にご使用いただいております。おかげさまで多くのヘビーユーザー様からの支持を得ることができ、今年で発売１０年目を迎えることができました。

It is that time of year, isn’t it? Many people start taking measures to prevent their skin from becoming dry at this time of the year.
Our original brand “WUAO” offers skin care and body care products, most of which are moisturizing products, and shipment volume will increase in the coming season. This time, we would like to introduce “WUAO Medicated Hand Protect & Care Cream,” a product developed by reflecting the voices of beauticians who suffer from rough hands.

ＷＵＡＯ 薬用ハンドプロテクト&ケアクリーム
Rough hands for hairdressers occur from use of a variety of chemicals and frequent shampooing by depriving moisture. In winter, when the air is dry, many people’s hands become especially rough. There are two main ways to deal with this problem.
1) Self skin care⇒ Take care of the skin by frequently using hand cream or oil.
2) Treatment by dermatologist ⇒ As no effect is obtained no matter what is used by self, treat at dermatologist and get prescription of medicine.
And we have heard the sad reality that some people give up their career as a hairdresser because the roughness of their hands does not improve even after taking both measures 1) and 2).
We wanted to design the product so that as many beauticians as possible could experience its effectiveness, so we limited our monitoring to beauticians during the development stage.
How does the cream spread and feel? How does it feel against roughness, inflammation, and itching? How is the condition of your hands the next morning when you use it before bedtime, and so on? We have finally created a product that is highly satisfactory to hair stylists, reflecting the voices of our monitors as much as possible.
This product is designed for professional use and has a large 200g capacity, but we also set a fixed price in anticipation of sales to customers who visit salons.
As a result, the product has been used by a wide variety of salon customers, including those who suffer from rough hands, those who work with water, nurses, and others. Thanks to the support of many heavy users, this year marks the 10th anniversary of the product’s launch.
