人手不足をいたるところで聞きますが、当社もこの1年程は常にどこかの求人広告媒体に掲載している状況です。
広告会社さんの話ではコロナの収束気配が見え始めたちょうど1年位前より、企業の求人が増加したとのこと、特に営業職の求人が多いそうです。
お得意先やメーカーさんと採用の話をしても中々人が集まらないようで、この状況がこれからずっと続くような気がします。
このblogへの来訪者も徐々に増加して毎週タイムリーに閲覧いただく方も多いので今回はこの場で当社の募集について少し書きたいと思います。

営業マンのセンスで厳選した商品をお得意先に企画提案します。その企画提案がうまくハマってお得意先と喜びを共有できた時にお互いに信頼関係が生まれます。
営業部員は月に一度の開発会議にも参加し営業現場でキャッチした生の情報やトレンドを基に営業が開発商品案を出すことも可能です。
☆仕事の内容
オリジナルブランドやメーカーさんから仕入れた商品を含め当社で取り扱っている商品の中からお取引先にぴったりの商品を提案する企画提案営業の仕事です。
今回は4部門あるルート営業の中から適性を考慮して、配属先を決定します。
〇サロン部門
大阪府下・大阪市内の美容室がお客様
新メニューの開発・提案にも携わります。
美容室は個人経営のお店が大半ですがそのお店にそれぞれの特徴がありそのお店に応じた提案をし
一緒にお店を盛り立てていく仕事です。
〇一般部門
全国展開している大手小売店や卸売商社を担当
店舗によって客層も異なるためマーケティングをしっかり行いその店で売れる商品を提案します。
裏方として売場を盛り上げていただきます。
〇代理店部門
全国の美容ディーラーを担当
トレンドにあった商品を提案することで
担当先ディーラーとその取引先サロンを間接的に盛り立てていきます。
〇海外部門
これからの時代を見据えて私が直轄で販路拡大に力を注いでいる部署です。
文化も言葉も異なる外国人とのビジネスはコミュニケーションの面で大変なこともありますが、
何事にも代えがたい貴重な経験をすることができる部署です。
海外出張あります。

Even when we talk with our clients and manufacturers about hiring, we can’t seem to get enough people, and I have a feeling that this situation will continue for a long time to come.
Since the number of visitors to this blog is gradually increasing and many of you view it in a timely manner each week, I would like to take this opportunity to write a little about our company’s recruitment.
Planning and proposal-based sales of beauty products that support the commercial prosperity of our clients.
☆Background of recruitment
In 2027, we will celebrate the 100th anniversary of our founding, and we will aggressively take on new business challenges.
In order to strengthen our organization for this 100th anniversary, we are currently recruiting for sales positions.
☆No experience is required
What we look for in our sales staff are communication skills to build trusting relationships with our business partners.
We welcome experienced people who can play active roles immediately and also inexperienced salespeople!
Industry knowledge and product knowledge can be learned after joining the company.
Our staff members have a variety of previous jobs, including beauticians, beauty manufacturers, and beauty trading companies, as well as supermarket clerks, retail sales staff, and more!
☆Commodities handled
Cosmetics for hair and skin that we purchase from about 200 manufacturers, including our original brand “Wuao” Cosmetics, beauty goods, beauty equipment, and all products related to beauty and health.
☆Interesting aspects of our work
The sales staff selects carefully selected products with their sense of style and proposes a plan to the client. A relationship of mutual trust is born when the proposal is successful and the customer is able to share in the joy of the project.
Sales staff members also participate in monthly development meetings, where they can propose product development ideas based on live information and trends caught on the sales frontlines.
☆Job Description
This is a planning and proposal sales job for our clients from among our company’s products, including original brands and products purchased from manufacturers.
This time, we will decide where to assign you, taking your aptitude into consideration, from among the four divisions of route sales.
◯Salon Section
Customers are beauty salons in Osaka Prefecture and Osaka City.
We are also involved in the development and proposal of new menus.
The majority of beauty salons are privately owned, but each salon has its own unique characteristics, and we are responsible for making proposals according to the needs of the salon and working together to make the salon prosper.
◯Public Division
In charge of major nationwide retail stores and wholesale trading companies.
Since each store has a different clientele, we conduct thorough marketing and propose products that will sell well at that store.
We also ask our staff members to work behind the scenes to enliven the sales floor.
◯Agency Division
In charge of beauty dealers nationwide
Indirectly boosting the dealers and their salons by proposing products that match the latest trends.
◯Overseas Department
This is the department that I directly supervise and focus on expanding sales channels with an eye to the future.
Although doing business with foreigners who have different cultures and languages can be difficult in terms of communication, it is a department that offers valuable experience that cannot be replaced by anything else,
Overseas business trips are required.
Experience in trade sales and trade practice is welcome.
☆After joining the company
You will visit clients together with senior employees and learn a little more about beauty through on-the-job training.
The starting point is to communicate with clients and gain their trust.
☆Eligible Persons
◎Common driver’s license required / No academic background required Those who want to develop their career as a salesperson in the beauty industry.
Basic PC skills required (basic understanding of Windows and the ability to create documents using Word and Excel)
